James T. Horne III, Space Launch Delta 30 commander, engaged with 42 community representatives to discuss the future of housing for the Santa Barbara county communities. Carbajal convened with regional leaders, developers, and VSFB officials at the roundtable to align tactical steps for developing additional housing. The initiative aims to support the growing federal workforce and industry partners surrounding the base, building on discussions from a previous forum in 2023.
