Keith Balts, 30th Space Wing commander. "Mission critical events will continue, but the vast majority of military and civilian members will be able to fully participate." SAPR stand-down day events include messages from commanders, small group discussions, and courses dealing with healthy relationships, interpersonal communication, stress management, and sexual harassment. -30-
