Vandenberg celebrates "Breakfast with Santa" Published Dec. 15, 2006 By 041206 VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Nearly 1,500 Vandenberg children are scheduled to have "Breakfast with Santa" from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Dec. 16 at the Pacific Coast Club. Families in attendance will participate in various holiday arts and crafts, kid's bingo and face painting. They will also have the opportunity to get their pictures taken with Santa. Breakfast will be served throughout the event. There will also be videotaped holiday greetings created for families of deployed Airman. "This is another event in which the families of Vandenberg have the opportunity to come together for an enjoyable time in celebration of the holiday season," said Col. Jack Weinstein, 30th Space Wing commander. "The 30th Services Division continues to take care of the Vandenberg community by putting together outstanding events for our families to enjoy year round."
