The Space Launch Delta 30 Victim and Witness Assistance Program (VWAP) ensures that victims and witnesses of UCMJ offenses suffer the least hardship possible. The VWAP Coordinator acts as a direct liaison for active-duty members, civilian personnel, and their dependents—providing immediate protection options, resources, and critical updates throughout the military justice process.
