Dawn Maskell, the Joint Functional Component Command for Space chief of staff, and Petty Officer 2nd Class Glennaldrin Mupas, a 614th Air Operations Center member, cut the birthday cake during the U.S. Navy's 237th Birthday celebration here Friday, Oct 12, 2012.
