VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif.-- Guest speaker Mrs. Carol Ray of Orcutt, Calif., whose father, Col. Hubert Nichols, Jr., was listed as a POW/MIA for nearly twelve years during the Vietnam War, receives a commemorative 30th Space Wing coin and flowers from Col. Steve Tanous, 30th Space Wing commander, for speaking at the POW/MIA Ceremony on Sep. 21. Vandenberg gathered for the remembrance ceremony to honor fallen Airmen, Soldiers, Seamen and Marines.
