VANDENBERG SPACE FORCE BASE, Calif. --

On Oct. 30, 2023, U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. Colin Connor, Air Force Global Strike Command ICBM Modernization director and his official party visited Vandenberg Space Force Base. While on base they, posed for a photo with engineers who are breaking ground on a Sentinel project, which will be replacing the Minuteman III Intercontinental Ballistic Missile deployed in the continental United States with Sentinel ICBM’s. Vandenberg SFB will continue to support AFGSC with the testing and range capabilities to ensure the fidelity of this system.
