Kaleth O. Wright, retired Chief Master Sgt. of the Air Force, visited Vandenberg Space Force Base, California in May. During his time here, Wright spoke at a Space Launch Delta 30 all-call, engaged with Airmen and Guardians on base, watched a 30th Security Forces Squadron demonstration, visited the 30th Medical Group, and more.

During his active-duty tenure as the 18th Chief Master Sgt. of the Air Force, Wright represented the highest enlisted level of leadership, and as such, provided direction for the enlisted force and represented their interests, as appropriate, to the American public, and to those in all levels of government.

U.S. Space Force Col. James T. Horne III, Space Launch Delta 30 commander, awarded a commander’s coin to the former Air Force enlisted leader after his closing remarks to show his appreciation for Wright’s visit to Vandenberg. As the distinguished guest speaker at the all-call, Wright spoke about his experiences in the military and answered questions from base personnel.
